Order Flow
Order Flow can be summarized in 5 quick steps as below
1.) Search/Browse for the product on website.
2.) Click on ADD TO CART Button.
3.) Go to View CART Page and click on CHECKOUT Button.
4.) Fill up your billing and shipping details and make the payment.
5.) Order will be placed and you will receive an email confirmation about the same.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping for all domestic orders.
At Indian Arts Corner, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver worldwide and within India.
For domestic orders (delivery within India) we offer courier service and local pickup from our store only. Delivery will happen within 7-14 working days from the day we receive the order.
For international orders, It will depend on the mutual agreement between the customer and Indian Arts Corner.
Any delay will be informed to the buyer before they confirm the order.
Payment
Indian Arts Corner accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as Paypal. We also accept personal cheques, money orders, and bank wires. Payments must first be clear before any products are shipped.
Cancellations and Returns
As of now we have ‘no return, no exchange, no refund’ policy for all orders.
Every one of our items are handmade by conventional art people in provincial India, bringing about every item being novel and marginally not the same as one another.
We should not think about a minor anomaly or joint imprint on the outside of the items as a deformity. Handicraft Workmanship by definition implies a magnificent vulnerability with regards to consistency.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the shipping process has not yet been initiated for the same Order. Use contact details mentioned on website to contact us.
At Indian Arts Corner we are committed to customer satisfaction and we are always ready to go the extra mile, if needed, to achieve this goal. We analyse each case of return/refund/cancellation individually and come to a conclusion after that.
Indian Arts Corner will only accept returns on any purchases within 7 days of delivery for money back or exchange. After analysing of each case. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
Indian Arts Corner does not accept returns or refunds if the customer simply does not like the product. We only consider cases where Indian Arts Corner or the shipping company is at fault. If we agree and the customer is returning the product, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to our India address. Customs, Duties or Taxes (Domestic and International)
There may be duties or taxes importing a product from Indian Arts Corner into your state/country. Please check with your government to determine the duties as they vary from region to region. For most international countries customs charges are the same as sales tax. The customer is responsible for whatever duties that apply to the product and such duties will be paid by the Customer only. Indian Arts Corner is not responsible for any delays that occur because of a countries customs laws.
